In 2023 alone, over 10,000 AI tools were released to the market, including GenAI content generators like Midjourney, Leonardo AI,ChatGPT, and so on.
Before these, there was the Metaverse and the explorations of AR/VR experiences.
These tools do something magical: take our world and transform it into incredible customer experiences.

But what do they actually achieve? You're probably also asking yourself, "Should I be using these tools to create better customer experiences? Will it be cheaper and faster to do so?"
The simple answer is: it's complicated. The truth is these are still just tools. You need the person behind them to make the magic happen. Creating a cool image in Midjourney isn't enough.
