Every three years, recertification ensures we are continuing to meet B Lab’s high standards for social and environmental impact. We’re happy to announce that we achieved recertification in 2023!
We’re proud that we raised our B Impact score from 82.2 to 83.9 since we first certified.
This sets a new benchmark for our agency, and an even higher standard to meet (and beat) going forward. You can learn about what we’re doing to affect positive change in the communities where we live and work in our most recent Annual Impact Statement.

About B Corporations
B Corps are for-profit businesses that meet the non-profit B Lab’s high standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. You might not realize it, but you’ve probably already bought from a B Corp. Brands including Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, and Kickstarter are B Corps, as well as 3,600 other companies and counting.

We’re working hard to understand and measure our impact on society and the environment. Having completed our B Corp recertification, we can put a number next to our impact—based on the B Impact Assessment—to ensure we’re meeting the high standards we hold for ourselves and that our stakeholders deserve.

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures how likely customers are to recommend us to others. It’s a good indicator of whether we’re delivering the level of quality and service that we aspire to.
NPS scores of 50 and higher are considered Excellent. We pride ourselves on delivering high customer satisfaction and use our annual surveys as a way to set new goals for service.
