Overview

We developed a chat bot to encourage contact requests on Eagle Hill’s website.

The chat bot serves as an interactive contact form that is sticky to every page on the website. It has been successful in getting visitors to interact much sooner than if they had navigated to the Contact page on their own.

Immediately after deploying the chat bot, Eagle Hill saw a significant increase in contact requests regarding their services and career opportunities.
